We offer same-day delivery, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Your driver will call you about 30 minutes before arriving.

Before Your Delivery
- Someone over the age of 18 must be present to accept the delivery.
- Make sure pathways are clear and your old appliances are emptied and cleaned out.
- If there is no functioning water shut-off valve, water connections cannot be made.
- Installers cannot reuse your existing connection parts — please have a new connection kit for each appliance. You can bring your own or buy one from the delivery truck.
- If an appliance being hauled away has bugs, the driver may refuse to take it.
